I know that it’s be a long, long time since I’ve posted anything. I haven’t stopped traveling, though. For the last couple of years, I’ve been working on a different sort of journey. I’ve been working on completing my PhD. It’s finally finished, and I have time to have a bit of a life now. It was truly a transformative experience for me. New doors have been opened, and with those come new opportunities. I’m excited to see what the future holds.
I haven’t been stagnant, either. I’m still on the road, moving ahead. In fact, I’ve had the opportunity to visit several amazing places, and experience a few things I’ve always wanted to. One of the highlights was a trip to Morocco. It was everything I hoped it would be. Check out highlights from the trip here:
When I finished school this spring, I decided to reward myself with trip. I hit Amsterdam (one of my perennial favorites), Belgium (where I’d never been to before, strangely), Denmark, Sweden, Norway for a Nordic adventure, and then ending it all with a quick stopover in Germany. It was so much fun and restorative at the same time. Check it out:
I know this is short but sweet, but I’m going to try to get back into the swing of it, as soon as life calms down a bit more.
